A Legal Background You Can Trust
In 1988, our founding attorney, Mark Hill, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Later, he obtained my law degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. In 1992, he opened his own solo law practice where he defended various criminal offenses and handled cases involving domestic relations. During that time, he handled numerous high-profile cases, including the very first date rape case and the first female genital mutilation case in Gwinnett County.
Our Practice Today
From minor traffic citations to high-end felonies, we defend cases throughout South Georgia, including Fulton County, Hamilton and beyond. Known as pro hac vice, we have even handled cases in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and other jurisdictions.
